By accessing or using the Blazn' Prints website (blaznprints.com), including browsing products, creating an account, placing orders, or using our Design Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for updates.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use our website under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms. By allowing a minor to use our services, you accept full responsibility for their actions on the site.

To access certain features of our website — including placing orders, saving designs, tracking shipments, and viewing order history — you must create a Blazn' Prints account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date. Failure to do so may result in delays, order issues, or suspension of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your password with anyone or allow others to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at info@blaznprints.com. Blazn' Prints will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the account of another person without their permission
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Use your account for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our systems, or networks
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with our website without our express consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users or to Blazn' Prints, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately on our website. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccurate product descriptions at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any orders placed for that product and notify you of the cancellation.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice unless explicitly stated as part of a promotion with a defined end date. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws. Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed before you confirm your order.

Product Availability: We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website. However, due to the nature of our production process and fluctuations in blank garment supply, occasional stockouts may occur. If an item you've ordered is unavailable, we will contact you via email to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a refund. We will never charge you for an item we cannot fulfill.

Color & Display: We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor's settings and capabilities, and we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the true color of the product or print. Slight color variations between the screen preview and the final printed product are normal in the custom printing industry and do not constitute a defect.

Order Acceptance: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, product unavailability, pricing errors, or orders that exceed quantity limits. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

All content on the Blazn' Prints website — including but not limited to the website design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product descriptions, photography, illustrations, and software — is the property of Blazn' Prints or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Blazn' Prints name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Blazn' Prints. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on our website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may not, without our express written consent:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from our website
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods on our website
• Download or copy any content for the benefit of a third party or commercial enterprise
• Frame or mirror any portion of our website without our prior authorization
• Use meta tags or any hidden text using our trademarks or product names
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on our website or products

Our Design Studio tools, templates, fonts, and graphic elements are provided for your personal use in creating custom products through our services. You may not extract, download, or repurpose these assets for use outside of our platform.

Blazn' Prints offers custom printing services that allow you to upload your own artwork, create designs using our Design Studio, or personalize products with custom text and graphics. By submitting a custom design for printing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Ownership & Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all content included in your custom design, including but not limited to images, logos, text, fonts, and graphic elements. You warrant that your design does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. Blazn' Prints assumes no responsibility for verifying the ownership or legality of customer-submitted designs.

License Grant to Blazn' Prints: By submitting a design for printing, you grant Blazn' Prints a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This includes printing, sublimating, or embroidering your design onto the product(s) you've ordered. We do not use your designs for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Design Accuracy: While we strive to reproduce your design as faithfully as possible, minor variations may occur due to the nature of the printing process. Colors may vary slightly from the digital preview, and exact placement may shift by up to 0.25 inches. These variations are within industry-standard tolerances and do not constitute a defect. We are not responsible for designs that appear differently due to low-resolution source files, incorrect color modes, or transparent backgrounds that render unexpectedly.

Design Storage: Uploaded design files are retained on our servers for 90 days after order completion in case reprints are needed. After 90 days, files may be permanently deleted. If you wish to retain access to your designs, we recommend keeping copies on your own device. Designs saved in your Design Studio account remain accessible as long as your account is active.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blazn' Prints, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our website or services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our website; (c) any content obtained from our website; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of our website or services exceed the amount you paid to Blazn' Prints in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty that the results obtained from the use of our services will be accurate, reliable, or meet your specific requirements. Any reliance on information obtained through our website is at your own risk.

We want every Blazn' Prints customer to have a positive experience. If you have a problem with an order, our products, or our services, we encourage you to contact us first at info@blaznprints.com. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our customer support team.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution as outlined below.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of our website, or your relationship with Blazn' Prints that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Atlanta, Georgia, and may be held in person or via video conference at the arbitrator's discretion. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Blazn' Prints. Any arbitration or court proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Blazn' Prints, and you agree that no dispute shall be joined with any other party's dispute.

Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights. Additionally, you may pursue claims in small claims court that are within the jurisdiction of that court, provided the claims are individual in nature.
